Lori is the founder and owner of D’Elia Family Solutions Counseling & Coaching. With over 17 years of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Professional Coach, and Certified Parent Coordinator, she brings expertise in high-conflict divorce, mood and personality disorders, and complex relationship dynamics. Originally from Long Island, NY, Lori built her career in Brooklyn before relocating to Wake Forest, NC, where she established her thriving private practice. Known for her direct, person-centered approach, Lori empowers couples, families, and individuals to create lasting change.

With a warm and supportive approach, she helps young people develop confidence, resilience, and healthy coping skills. In her free time, Hope enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and reading.

Through a creative arts and client-centered lens, Emiley fosters equitable, strengths-based counseling spaces. Outside of work, she enjoys making jewelry, spending time with her partner, friends, and family, and caring for her pets—Thunder, Midnight, and Cleo.

She’s trained in PROMPT, Floortime/DIR, PECS, and TalkTools, and loves bringing creativity and sensory-based approaches into her sessions. Laney is also working toward certification as a Lactation Consultant.
At home in Raleigh, she keeps busy with her four kids—Charlie, Linley, Harper, and Palmer—plus her playful puppy, Nova, and two cats, Ginger and Jack..

She keeps the practice running smoothly by managing scheduling, communications, and marketing. Originally from New York, she holds a BA in Journalism and a BS in Sports and Recreation Administration from PennW

Outside of work, Madi enjoys time with her husband, daughter, and their cats, Palmer and Zoey, as well as crafting, watching sports, and making to-do lists.
